Employers each year must post their OSHA Form 300A Summary each year by Feb. 2 and keep it posted in a conspicuous location through April 30.
The Summary lists the numerical results of the much more detailed Form 300 Log of workplace injuries and illnesses.
The Personnel Concepts Space Saver-2 OSHA Safety Poster includes a panel for the Form 300A Summary (or its state equivalent), which can be filled out by using a marker.
With the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) currently working to write a new injury and illness standard for America's workplaces (dubbed I2P2), employers and human resources personnel would be well served by also obtaining a copy of our Injury and Illness Prevention Program and implementing it at work.
