Obamacare administration spokespersons are now backing off the goal of 7 million enrollees in Affordable Care Act (ACA) health policies now that only 4.2 million had signed up by the end of February. Fewer than one million reportedly enrolled in February.

Zeke Emanuel, one of the architects of Obamacare, now claims that 5 milllion sign-ups with 24 percent "young invincibles" included by the end of the open enrollment period on March 31 will suffice. Emanuel counters that the 7-mllion figure with 40 percent "young invincibles" was only a target set by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), not by the administration.
