The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today announced that the latest edition of its federal sector Digest of Equal Employment Opportunity Law, is now available online.
This quarterly publication, prepared by the EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations (OFO), features a wide variety of recent commission decisions and federal court cases of interest. Additionally, it contains a special article entitled “The Law of Harassment: Assisting Agencies in Developing Effective Anti-Harassment Policies.”
“The article on harassment contains an overview of the applicable statutes as well as recent case law,” said OFO Director Carlton M. Hadden. “The article should provide helpful information to our stakeholders when they are drafting anti-harassment policies.”
